Thanks for shopping with Takacat Americas. Below is how shipping works for orders placed at takacatamericas.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship:
- Free to the lower 48 U.S. states
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: shipping is available but typically requires a custom quote
- Canada, Caribbean, and other international destinations: shipping may be available by quote

Shipping Rates
- Lower 48 U.S.: Free shipping on qualifying orders (including most boats and boat packages).
- If an item does not qualify for free shipping (rare), please email us at contactus@takacatna.com for more details.
Order Processing Time
Most orders ship within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed (excluding holidays).
During promotions, new product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. If there’s a delay, we’ll reach out.
Boat and motor packages may take longer to ship if we are out of stock of a particular boat or motor.
Delivery Time (Transit)
Typical delivery times after shipment are:
- Lower 48 U.S.: [2–7 business days] depending on your location and the carrier
Transit times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote delivery areas.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship using major carriers and freight services depending on the size of your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (or multiple tracking numbers if items ship separately).
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple boxes or from different locations. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us ASAP at contactus@takacatna.com.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Shipping Damage / Issues
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:
- Take photos of the box and product immediately, and
- Contact us within 48 hours at contactus@takacatna.com
We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return (see our Returns Policy).
